60 Minute Private Yoga Instruction
Beginning with an in-depth conversation about client needs, skill level, and goals. Hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga styles combined to meet client specific needs. Guided meditation to cultivate personal wellbeing followed by custom tailored yoga flow for any level. Followed by 45 minute yoga practice with guided meditation. Follow-up sessions will build on the previous session while meeting client needs and goals.
