The Brennan Healing techniques combine High Sense Perception skills and light touch hands-on energy healing to assist individuals with their personal process of healing. During a session you will be fully clothed and comfortably reclined on a massage table. These sessions are designed to energetically support you into alignment toward healing and clearing, and in bringing harmony and balance to the energy field that supports both physical and emotional health. Although each person’s experience is unique reported benefits have been reductions in stress and pain, better sleep, and an enhanced sense of well-being. Clients have also used this modality prior to surgery and for enhanced post-surgery recovery.

It has been shown to reduce stress, ptsd, insomnia and chronic pain. This practice can help you learn to respond from a grounded place, rather than react using old patterns. After your session you will find yourself in a state of deep relaxation and a restored sense of balance. Session includes a 15 minute reiki blessing.
