Sarah Keddell LMT was a medic from 2002-2006 in the U.S.Army. After, she grew interested in helping people through holistic healing. By 2009 she had become a Reiki Master Teacher. In 2014 she earned her bachelor's degree by studying Gender Equality in Sports, and a Personal Trainer Certification from the American Council on Exercise.


After participating in some trail ultra marathons and a couple of century rides, she decided she wanted to give back to the endurance community that she loves. She does her best to live her life as an example, and help other athletes achieve their goals. After completing classes at the Denver School of Massage Therapy, and passing the MBLEx, in 2017 she became SportStretch® Certified to support other athletes as they push their limits.


Sarah's massage style is a combination of Swedish, Structural & Sports massage. Instead of deep pressure, Sarah utilizes stretching to access deep tissues.
