My passion is to provide support in becoming the best version of you. I am passionate about empowering others to step into the best version of themselves.

I am a Master level certified Health and Life Coach. Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist,  Reflexologist and Reiki Master with extensive training in nutrition, energy medicine, and multiple forms of yoga. I have worked for years as a weight loss coach and a transformational life coach in many different medical settings (Allopathic, Integrative, and Bio-Regulatory Medical settings.)

With backgrounds in medicine, psychology, spirituality, coaching, bodywork and energy medicine- I have found an avenue to combine all my talents in a way that can launch clients to the next level.

I have a real passion for increasing energy, confidence and finding your personal power. After losing a loved one from suicide, I realized that the pain and suffering in the world is enormous-and often a lonely battle with transient support. I feel called to a mission to find the most effective ways to restore health, happiness, and meaning in a fear based world. Having personally battled with “incurable” health issues -which I have overcome- I do believe that miracles are possible. And I am thrilled to overcome any challenge, assisting others in doing the same.

When I am not coaching, I am reading, writing, or studying the latest and hottest health, lifestyle, and spiritual works. I enjoy Bikram and Buti Yoga, any and all beach activities, art, music, and relaxing with my husband and son at home on beautiful Cape Cod, MA.

This life is not what it seems. I have found easy ways to create real change and am dedicated to bringing this work to the world.
