Belly Dancing & Hatha Yoga

My Dancer name is Nashita, meaning "Energetic Full of Life." I have been teaching Belly Dancing classes since 2006. I have taught at the Sandwich Community School & a women's gym for many years as well. I have performed at Highfield Hall in Falmouth and the occasional "Girls Night Out" event. 


Belly dancing is very enlightening for the soul & you will learn beautiful, fluid movements & great posture as well!


I am also a certified Spin Instructor since 2000 & a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor since 2004.

“Hatha Yoga” focuses on “mindfulness” putting emphasis on the breath, posture & meditation. It can help with raising a low mood and reduce anxiety, depression & stress levels in as little as 12 weeks.


I became a Yoga Instructor because of my own anxiousness & never slowing down due to so many personal levels. My classes will give you a gift of peace as well as physical postures with many modifications.  

Donna offers Intro to Belly Dancing & Beyond classes every Thursday evening at 5:45pm. She also offers Hatha Yoga classes every other Saturday morning starting at 9am.
