Cindie Brennan is a Certified Fitness Trainer / Class Instructor and is certified as a Master Level in Reiki, a healing technique based on activating the natural processes of the body to restore physical and emotional well-being. She also has completed courses such as Chair yoga for Healing, Strength and Mobility, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga and Nutrition courses and has lead Chair Yoga and various other fitness classes at a 55 and over Community. She enjoys assisting others on their personal health and wellness journey. She has experience working as an Exam Proctor for W.I.T.S, the Fitness Certification Program conducted at Cape Cod Community College. She enjoys learning and continues to add to her tool box by continuing her education while engaging in accredited courses with an additional focus on Senior Fitness specifically.

Since March of 2020 when the doors closed due to the pandemic she has continued to work by leading Fitness classes remotely through Zoom for the Senior population with the Falmouth Community Schools program . During this time she has earned and acquired specified Certificates named Group Chakra Healing and Balancing Classes & Fitness Training for Older Adults.

Her Fitness experience includes leading exercise classes at various locations through out the Cape. She has experience working with individuals as their Personal Fitness Trainer as well.

She has lead Workshops for teens while being instrumental in the creation and implementation of the program along with a National Accredited business named, Calmer Choice and presented through the Cape Cod Museum of Arts & Education program.

Cindie has also worked as the sole Personal Fitness Trainer at a large gym working with a vast population of members as well as with Individual Private Clients.

When Cindie is not teaching, she enjoys the arts. Specifically painting using various mediums such as pastels, acrylic and oils and sees the connection between exercise and art as effective tools to build and maintain both emotional and physical strength when utilized and practiced regularly.

As a Personal Trainer / Wellness Coach I find great satisfaction in working with others individually & in groups. Assisting and encouraging the client through obstacles with the purpose of reaching ones goals to improve overall quality of life by optimizing ones level of health, strength and wellness.

Cindie offers Easy Does It Chair Yoga classes Friday mornings beginning at 9am. These classes are part of an 8 Week Program & are 50 Minutes in duration.
